Online Booking
If you would like to make an online booking for Rock Cottage then
please fill in the form below and press “Submit Booking”.
We will reply as far as we are able within 24 hours to inform you
that your dates have been provisionally booked pending receipt
of the deposits. Please also call us to confirm on 01527 821846.
Please note that we sometimes have problems with receiving
online bookings. Please call us if you have not received a reply
within 48 hours.
Payment
At the same time as you submit the Booking Form electronically
we should be grateful if you would send 2 separate cheques payable
to Paul Kirkby:
1: a Holiday Deposit cheque for a third of the rental costs for
the dates requested; and
2: a Housekeeping Deposit cheque of £100 (£200 for Christmas
and New Year weeks) postdated to your arrival date at the Cottage;
Cheques should be sent to The Oaks, Leasowes Farm Barns, Forest
Lane, Hanbury B60 4HT. We do not cash the Housekeeping Deposit
cheque and this will be shredded
after
you
leave
the cottage
unless
there are breakages
or we can make deductions from it in accordance with the terms
set out in the terms
of booking.
The balance of the rental cost is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Where a booking is made less than 10 weeks before arrival then the full cost of the rental should be sent to us.
We are happy to accept bank transfers. Please contact us if you would like to use this method for payment.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of the cheques we will send to you a Confirmation of
Booking. At this time the contract is formed between us and the booking
is made. PLEASE NOTE – we recommend that you take out holiday
insurance to cover the cost of the holiday if you have to cancel
it for any reason. You will remain liable for the FULL cost of the
holiday even if you cancel. We will try and re-let the cottage but
there is no guarantee that we will be able to do so. Please see the terms

Key Collection and Driving Directions
Further details in respect of your holiday, including key collection information and driving directions, will be provided once full payment has been made.
