Online Booking
If you would like to make an online booking for Rock Cottage then
please fill in the form below and press “Submit Booking”.
We will reply as far as we are able within 24 hours to inform you
that your dates have been provisionally booked pending receipt
of a deposit payment.
Please note that we sometimes have problems with receiving
online bookings. Please call us on 07760 407481 if you have
not received a reply within 48 hours.
Payment
We ask for a payment by bank transfer of one third of the rental
cost as a deposit for your holiday. If the holiday is less than
10 weeks away at the time of booking we ask for full payment. When
we have received your booking form we will e-mail the details
needed for making the bank transfer.
The balance of the rental cost is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. Where a booking is made less than 10 weeks before arrival then the full cost of the rental should be sent to us.
We are happy to accept cheque payments. Please contact
us if you would like to use this method for payment.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of payment we will send to you a Confirmation of
Booking by e-mail. At this time the contract is formed between us
and the booking is made. PLEASE NOTE – we recommend that you
take out holiday insurance to cover the cost of the holiday if you
have
to
cancel
it for any reason. You will remain liable for the FULL cost of the
holiday even if you cancel. We will try and re-let the cottage but
there is no guarantee that we will be able to do so. Please see the terms

Key Collection and Driving Directions
Further details in respect of your holiday, including key collection information and driving directions, will be provided once full payment has been made.
